• 9.30 opens with the TOC's report on venues, languages etc.
• 10.30 -13.00 Merging proposals of the activities
• 14.00 - 19.00 Merging (continued)

21th Of May

• 09.30 - 12.00 Network Meetings
• 13.30 - 19.00 Program working group meeting continues with other program related issues (Openning, Closing, Assamblies, Thematic Areas, Demonstration)

Notes:

• There will be simultaneous translation during the program working group meeeting too.
• List of the all proposed activities will be sent to list inside this week.
• And a report of TOC abput its proposals on other program related issues will be sent this week too.

European Prepatory Assembly (EPA)

22th OF May

• 09.30 Openning
• 10.00 -11.30 Report Of Turkey Organizing Committee and discussions
• 11.30 -12.30 Visit to Venues
• 12.30 Lunch Break
• 14.00 -20.00 Report of Program working group and discussions on merging proposal

23th Of May

• 09.30 Discussion about political situation in Europe (Greece, crisis etc.)
• 11.30 Reports of Networks
• 12.30 Decisions
