Infostände/ stands

Stands and thematic spaces in the ESF need to be paid before the forum. Please send appeals for thematic spaces and stands to the mail address: stand.asf[at]gmail.com Please send the follow information to the eMailadress: type of stand, institution/movement, contact person, telephone, fax, GSM, email and content.

Let us remind the costs for stands and thematic spaces:

Last date for stand appaels: 28th of June.

Tables and chairs will be provided by the organization. Thematic Spaces will be given by the organization, but the installation will be done by the participant institution who got the Space. Commercial stands are not allowed. Food sale will bu organized by the organization, and food stalls are not allowed. But T-shirt, CD, book etc. sales can be done in the stands. +++

Bitte sendet die folgenden Informationen an die eMailadresse: Welche Art von Stand ihr machen wollt, welche Institution/Bewegung den Stand anmeldet, Kontaktperson, Telefonnummer, Faxnummer, GSM, email und was ihr benötigt.

Kosten für einen Stand betragen 100 € für einen themenspezifischen Raum 250 €. Die Kosten für die Stände bitte an die folgende Bankverbindung überweisen:

Letzter Anmeldetag ist der 28 Juni! Tische und Stühle werden durch die OrganisatorInnen bereitgestellt. Der Aufbau der thematischen Räume muss durch die AnmelderInnen übernommen werden. Die Zuweisung erfolgt durch die OrganisatorInnen. Commerzielle Ständen sind nicht erlaubt - T-shirts, CDs, Bücher u.ä, kann verkauft werden. Getränke und Essensstände werden durch die OrganisatorInnen bereitgestellt - weitere Essensstände sind nicht erlaubt.
